They are opened even on Chinese New Year Eve, Day 1-Day 4.
All their food are balanced-nutrients, whole-grained, meatless. NO MSG and delicious.
No microwave oven food as well.

First, and my favourite dish of Chinese New Year food, is Lou Shang..
Lou Shang symbolize good luck, prosperity, health and all things auspicious.
It is made of mix fresh vegetables and nuts, together with an awesome homemade plum sauce.
Then, we start our meal with Smooth and Happy Appetizer.
They looks like meat, but they aren't. They are actually made of organic mushrooms.
Tressure Pot (Phen Cai)
This dish is made up of Eryngii mushrooms, monkey head mushrooms, golden tofu, radish, green papaya, seaweed, broccoli and fifteen types of organic ingredients.
Nourishing Soup. At the first glance, it looks like shark fin soup, but I'M FINISHED WITH FINS. So, I won't consume any shark fin. =D
This soup actually consists of wolfberries and mushrooms. This is the only soup with egg, however, if you could request not to put egg as well.
Wealthy and Prosperity Taro Fish
Such a cute fish, that is made of taro and oatmilk. The mint sauce is made of oatmilk and carrot.
I guess it needs great culinary skill to create this beautiful cute fish. It is crispy outside and filling inside.
Fortune Claypot Rice
Made of brown rice, shredded pumpkins, carrots, red chilli and other organic ingredients.
Fried tofu skin are included to give this dish a crispy edge.
Himalayan salt are sprinkled on top to add the taste to the rice.
Ideal Fo Tiao Qiang, or we like to direct translate to English as Buddha Jump Wall Soup.
This soup contains eryngii mushroom (abalone), shark fin melon (shark fin), konjac (sea cucumber), organic fresh mushroom (sharkfin), organic bamboo shoot (fish maw), abalone mushroom (chicken drumstick), mushroom, Ginseng and Dang Gui.
The course is ended with dessert (Fruitful Year)
